The National Bank of Kuwait headquarters in Sharq State of Kuwait is a 42 floor tower block designed by Foster+Partners. Inspired by nature and the cross section of the back bone of a fish, this tower has a unique structural fin system running from podium level all the way to the tip of the tower where they join.
This project went through a complex development stage which saw the design change dramatically, once finalized the presentation model of the tower was displayed at the 2010 Royal Academy Summer Exhibition as on of the Companies contributions that year.
